Moments of Hope: The Archer's Kiss
May 14, 2026 • Pastor Andy Searles
There are seasons in life where everything feels stretched tight — emotionally, spiritually, and physically. An “archer’s kiss” is the mark left on an archer’s arm when the tension of the bowstring releases, and it serves as a powerful reminder that tension often precedes purpose. In the same way, God frequently uses the difficult, stretching seasons of our lives to shape our endurance, deepen our character, and strengthen our hope. In this week's Moments of Hope, we’ll explore how the pressure we feel may not be punishment, but preparation for what God wants to do next.
