
Pastor Andy Searles
Lead Pastor
Andy was born, raised, and educated in the United Kingdom. He married Tracie in 2000, and together they have two fantastic children, Bethany and Jonathan. Andy has many years of significant pastoral and ministry experience and currently serves as the Lead Pastor of Church Together, a non-denominational congregation that he helped plant in 2014. The Church is committed to bringing people together around a relationship with Christ, in relationships with each other, and in partnerships that develop and transform our community. He is an established bridge-building leader who loves pulling people together to make an impactful difference around Central Florida.
Andy serves as the Chaplain for Orlando’s Major League Soccer Team, Orlando City, where since the club’s formation, he helps players and coaches become winners off the field and on it. He serves as the Lead Chaplain within the Casselberry Police Department, through which he distributes care to law enforcement personnel and our local community. Andy serves on the Seminole County School Boards Equality Committee. He is a Leadership Seminole graduate, serving on the Board of Directors and co-leads the annual Leadership Summit bringing together some of the county’s most dynamic leaders.
He is the co-host of a weekly hyper-local Podcast for our community called "What's Up, Casselberry," a podcast dedicated to strengthening relationships across and around our community. (www.WhatsUpCasselberry.com)
Andy served on the Leadership Team Better Man Ministries, which each year encouraged and equipped hundreds of thousands of men around the world to become Better Men.
In 2021 Pastor Andy was voted "Citizen of the Year" by the Casselberry Police Department for his contributions to our community.
Andy values truth, diligence, integrity, commitment, and laughter and yearns for the Kingdom of God to come on earth as it is in heaven. He loves connecting the dots and thinking strategically. Sacrifice and submission impress him, and people of hope and vision energize him.

Tracy Salzer
Administrator
Tracy is married to her husband, Scott, since 1993. They have been blessed with three children; Zachary, James, and Rachael. They moved to Florida in 2002 from Virginia. Tracy has been a stay a home mom for the past 10 years and has served in several administrative positions in women’s and children ministries. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting at UCF. Tracy is very excited and looking forward to assisting Church Together as we serve and minister to Casselberry and surrounding communities.

Mike Himes
Worship Leader
Michael has been leading worship for 14 years and is passionate about helping others connect with God through music. Michael leads worship at Church Together, and he is also the band director at Lee Middle School in Orlando. His heart for teaching fits in with Church Together’s mission for ministering to our community. Michael and his wife Heather have been married since 1998. They have 3 wonderful children who are part of our church community.

Jennifer Boyce
Director of Childrens Ministry
Jen has been involved in Children's Ministry since 2005 teaching Sunday School, coordinating Children's Church volunteers and curriculum, and teaching at and leading Vacation Bible School. She loves children and is passionate about teaching them to know God loves them and know Jesus as their savior. She has been married to her wonderful husband, Matt, since 1997 whom she met while they both attended and graduated from Florida Southern College. She earned a Master's degree from UCF and worked in the UCF Orientation Center. She has also been a preschool teacher. It has been a joy to her to stay home and be a homeschool teacher to her and Matt's three children, Payton and Marshall (twins born 2002) and Leah (born 2004) while they have attended International Community School since Kindergarten. The Boyce Family has been a part of Church Together since its start in 2014, and Jen is honored to now lead the Children's Ministry.

Adeemir Dacenay
Director of Youth Ministry
Serving youth and families have been a passion in Adeemir's life since he was a teenager. Since 2012, he has worked in the community to provide after school programs, camps, and community events in the Lake Mary/Sanford area.

James Buettner
Technical Director
James has been with us since the very beginning and is passionate about the way worship is presented and administered to our congregation. In addition to overseeing all of the technical aspects coordinated during worship, he also serves as the Senior Director of Digital Marketing at Wycliffe Bible Translators.
