What: A snapshot of some of our recent ministry and a brief financial update

COMMUNITY IMPACT ADVISORY TEAM
What: This team will prayerfully review benevolence requests from individuals and organizations
in need and help steward our church's tithe toward local projects that align with our mission to
bring hope, healing, and wholeness to our community.
Why: Because Jesus offers great hope to those who need healing
When: Monthly check-in meetings

NEIGHBOR TO NEIGHBOR
What: Help us to fix ‘low level’ code violations on homes where the homeowner is unable to fix them on
their own. This event is held in partnership with the Code Compliance Department at the City of
Casselberry, other local churches and our police department.
Why: Once we have cleared the violation, fines are stopped and often forgiven, bringing liberation and
relief to struggling families.
When: Saturday, September 13 from 8 AM - noon

GUYS NIGHT OUT
What: Come and join us for an evening of axe-throwing, an opportunity to connect
with other men & build relationships and have some fun!
Why: Because no man is an island, and we are not generally very good at friendships.
When: Friday, September 26 from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Where: 320 Towne Center Circle, Sanford, FL 32771

TEEN CHALLENGE AT THEIR CELEBRATION BANQUET
What: Join me for a plated dinner to celebrate our friends at Teen Challenge, with a guest speaker Danny Wuerffel.
Why: Because Teen Challenge helps men and women get free from addictions
When: Monday, October 6 at 6:00 PM
Cost: $75 a ticket – all proceeds go towards Teen Challenge
Where: A Lake Mary Hotel
